All too often groups of well intentioned people convene with the only result actually being a lot of talk, repeating old models & no action. Reboundog has now laid the foundations for 5 social impact membership projects for you to actively participate in so as to generate disruption to the status quo.

We are a “generative network”, a social-relationship platform – a ‘human operating system’ – for spawning activities.

UK Prison Dog Programme

There is only one in Scotland & next nearest is in the Netherlands!

Who: 6 for profit businesses & 6 non-profit rescues to collaborate on developing a new hybrid for/non profit business model.
Why: 200 years of a charity business model can no longer cope with the digital savvy evils of the puppy mill trade.
Outcome: Establish the new financing business model built on partnerships, minimum education & predictable demand for rescue dogs.

Compassion Towards Animals

Cruelty towards dogs in Cumbria surges by 11 per cent in past year!

Earlier today, 25th Aug, I was listening to Rob Melloy, RSPCA chief inspector for Cumbria discussing this appalling headline & their Cancel Out Cruelty campaign on BBC Radio Cumbria.
My immediate thought is how can I help support this by bringing everyone together locally, not just pet advocates but also those who work with disenfranchised people.
One of the many potential solutions is to create an educational programme that is not just delivered at disenfranchised people but actually includes them in it’s design.
